43-year-old David Mahler was an east coast lawyer who came to Los Angeles to live the celebrity lifestyle. He had an interest in the entertainment industry, women, and drugs. After moving into an exclusive home in the Hollywood Hills, Mahler was introduced to the dark side of Hollywood, spending his time with drug users, porn stars, and fame seekers. It didn’t take long for him to become immersed in a world of methamphetamine, opioids, and guns.  It was only a matter of time before tragedy would strike.

Join us at the quiet end for Once Upon a Time in the Hollywood Hills. When Kristin Baldwin, a pretty blonde, began spending her time with Mahler, she had no idea of the dangers she would face. One night, during a violent argument in his bedroom, a drug-crazed Mahler was heard screaming and cursing. Then his roommates heard gun fire, and Kristin Baldwin was never seen alive again.
