Dr. Anthony Pignataro thought he was a big shot, driving around in his red Lamborghini in expensive clothes.  He called himself a plastic surgeon.  He even invented “snap-on” hairpieces for balding men.  But when a 26-year old patient died on the OR table during a routine breast augmentation surgery performed by Dr. Pignataro, his long and hidden history of lies and medical malpractice was exposed.

New York State investigators found an abundance of mistakes in his other surgeries and took away his medical license.  Then, things really got weird.  After serving time in prison for negligent homicide, he took on a new identity, made new false claims, and his wife became suspiciously ill.
