Caroline had a large circle of friends and a handsome, athletic boyfriend. But Caroline was not happy. She was depressed. In fact, she had previously been hospitalized for a drug overdose. Caroline was scheduled to be seen by a psychiatrist. But she wouldn’t keep that appointment.
