Shiner Bohemian Black Lager
Schwartzbier 4.9% ABV
After trying Shiner Bock, I wasn’t sure I was up for this offering. This is the second in a series of commemorative beers, leading up to the 100th anniversary of the brewery. Bohemian Black Beer is a pretty good beer. A black color with a thin head. It had a dark, roasted coffee aroma. A coffee taste, with some bread detectable. A little thin in the mouth, but quite drinkable.
