Pumpkin Ale 10% ABV
Most pumpkin ales overdo the spices and underplay the pumpkin, and this beer is no exception.
It is a dark brown color with a dark brown head.
Pumpkin spice aroma: cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Boozy.
Same spices on taste. No appreciable pumpkin. Boozy.
This “imperial” pumpkin beer is a little too hot for me.
St Arnold was started in 1994 by Brock Wagner and Kevin Bartol. It is Texas’ oldest craft brewery.
