Founded by Bill Covaleski and Ron Barchet, Victory opened in 1996. They were ambitious, opening the brewery and a restaurant at the same time, and have been very successful.
Dick has been a pediatrician for over 40 years. Now retired, Dick spends his time as a craft beer lover and podcasting partner to his wife, Jill.
