Aroma of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, with a bit of pepper.
Coffee, milk chocolate, vanilla taste. Warmth from the chilis.
Perfect mouthfeel. All the ingredients played well together.

Founded in 2012, Prairie is a small brewery in Oklahoma. They brew a wide variety of beers, from big barrel-aged stouts to delicate wild ales and saisons.
