Opaque light yellow color. Small white head with a bit of lace.
Tropical fruit and pine aroma.
Taste of mango and tangerine. Pine shows up late.
Medium-bodied.
Grimm Artisanal Ales was begun in 2013 by Joe and Lauren Grimm. A nomadic brewery for their first five years, they opened their permanent location in Brooklyn in 2018.
