The beer is a dark copper color with a tiny beige head.
Aroma of dark fruit, caramel, and vanilla.
Taste of raisins, prunes, caramel, vanilla, and oak.
Very smooth. Alcohol is well-hidden.
Nebraska Brewing Company had its origin in a home brewer, Paul Kavulak, searching for a pale ale with a Cascade nose. After many years of experimenting Kavulak and his wife Kim opened the brewery in 2007.
