Blind Faith: The Murder of Maria Marshall

High Point Brewing Company

Butler, NJ

Eisbock 11.5% ABV

Eisbocks are created by freezing off a portion of the water and removing it from the beer. This increases the beer’s body, flavor, and alcohol content.

This beer is a dark brown color. It possesses a small tan head that retains well.

Aroma and taste showed chocolate, caramel, and raisin.

A full-bodied, sipping beer. Very smooth.
