Clear golden yellow color. Thick white head that retained well and left a good deal of lace
Aroma of fruit, wine, and some funk
Taste of fruit, peppery spice. Late wine and oak

Nebraska Brewing Company had its origin in a home brewer, Paul Kavulak, searching for a pale ale with a Cascade nose. After many years of experimenting Kavulak and his wife Kim opened the brewery in 2007.
