Killer Couple

Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy 9.5% ABV
In a snifter the beer was a very dark brown, almost black, color. There was a light tan head with a bit of lace.
Sweet malt aroma. Woodsy.
Toffee taste. A lot of maple syrup.
This was just sweet enough without going overboard. The alcohol (9,5%) was very well hidden.
