It is a hazy, honey-colored beer. A massive white head with tons of lace.
Earthy, woodsy aroma. Light melon.
Herbal, grassy taste. Funky and sour, with a lingering tartness.
Medium-bodied, highly carbonated.
Open since 2005, Birra Del Borgo is considered one of the top craft brewers in Italy.
