In a pint glass the beer is a dark amber color with a small tan head. The head fades quickly to a thin film.
Aroma of smoke, bread, and bacon.
Taste of smoke and bacon up front, then some bread, finishing with some nice caramel.
Light mouthfeel.
Smoky without being too smoky.
