The beer was black in color with a 1” khaki head that receded quickly.
Nice aroma: vanilla, oak, chocolate, and brown sugar.
Big taste: vanilla, oak, caramel/toffee, and chocolate.
Nice beer. Barrel forward.
Central Waters was founded in 1998 in a building that was originally an automobile dealership. They opened a new facility in 2007, and continue to brew excellent beers.
