Wild Ale 6.3% ABV
A beer right up Jill’s alley. It is magenta colored with a small head and some spotty lace.
Nice aroma of cherries, raspberry jam, and coconut.
The taste followed the nose, with the addition of some graham cracker.
Sweet and crisp. Like eating a slice of pie.
Started by a group of friends, Barrel Culture opened in 2017. They brew some excellent wild ales.
