Katherine Knight was a walking time bomb. Raised in a violent, highly dysfunctional household, there was never much for her to be optimistic about. Like all of us, she started out in life wanting to be loved and show love, but she never developed the skill set to do that.
Join us at the quiet end for The Butcher of Aberdeen. Australian woman Katherine Knight left school at age 15 without ever learning to read or write. With little opportunities, she ended up working at a slaughterhouse. And this seemed to suit her. Her life became a series of fights and threats. As an adult, she abused her romantic partners, her children, and basically anyone who annoyed her. Then, in February of 2000, Katherine committed a horrific murder. Looking back over her life, it could have been predicted. What couldn’t be predicted or even imagined was what she did after she committed murder.
