Copper-colored with an almost non-existent beige head.
Aroma of dark fruit and vanilla.
Raisins/prunes in the taste. Vanilla. Oak.
Smooth, alcohol well-hidden.
Nebraska Brewing Company had its origin in a home brewer, Paul Kavulak, searching for a pale ale with a Cascade nose. After many years of experimenting Kavulak and his wife Kim opened the brewery in 2007.
