Gold color, thick white head, abundant lace
Aroma of grain, sweet malt, and floral hops.
Bready taste, a bit of citrus. Late hops.
Light-bodied, easy drinking.
Greg Taylor, Cam Heaps, and Greg Cromwell worked together in a small Canadian brewery in the 1990s. When it closed, the “Three Fired Guys” started Steam Whistle in 1998.
