The beer is dark brown. There is a moderate-sized head that left a lot of lace.
Aroma of booze, vanilla, oak, and coffee.
Mostly a bourbon taste, some coffee. A little chocolate and vanilla.
This beer is very smooth and way too easy to drink.
Avery Brewing Company was established in 1993. They have an excellent barrel program.
