German Hefeweizen 6.1% ABV
I’ll preface this beer review by saying hefes are not my favorite style of beer. I think that’s because they all taste like banana, one of my least favorite fruits.
In my weizen glass the beer is a hazy yellow color with a small white head.
Aroma and taste of banana, clove, and a little caramel.
An easy-drinking beer.
River Company is located in Radford, Virginia, close by Radford University and Virginia Tech University. Their beers are brewed in house, and they offer a variety of styles.
