Aroma of grapes and alcohol.
Taste mostly of cognac. Also maple syrup, leather, and toffee.

Straight to Ale was started by a home brewer in 2009. They were very successful and in 2016 moved to a larger facility. Besides beer they produce cider, mead, and distilled spirits.
